I have almost been here for two years now and couldn't be happier. The apartments are really nice and if something breaks, maintenance is there within 24-48 hours (although, I think I've only needed them maybe 5 times total'). I am actually getting ready to move into a slightly bigger apartment in a few weeks that faces the reserve and I'm really looking forward to it. The office staff is great (they're all super nice), the valet trash pickup is AWESOME, the pools are great, the grounds are well kept and if you like birds, there are all kinds here! I've had the same problems...having to call the office multiple times to get something they've promised accomplished, including taking them over a month and a half and several phone calls to get my lease papers done! I've met the same problem on other issues, too. They promise you things, they don't follow through, they don't even document what they tell you.

I live at Riverlodge. I have had some issues with the office staff, but my overall experience has been positive. When I leave a message for service, they always make sure that they have permission to enter. I leave routine requests (a/c filter change, clogged sink) online and you check a box to give them permission to enter. They generate a work order and complete it. I get a confirmation email when it is done. Not bad.

I too had a an outragous complaint on my door. I contacted they office about it and they were like, oops we put the wrong apartment # on the notice, our bad. I have lived here several years and it has really changed due to the new staff, and not for the better. I actually hate it here and would move if I could afford it, but seeing as I can not at this time I will grin and bear it.
