I wrote the review back in May about being scammed for $1,200 by Riverlodge and the collection agency. As I said before, Riverlodge never contacted me before sending my "balance due for damages" to a collection agency. I was called at work about being delinquent. I have hired an attorney and I am preparing a lawsuit to protect my credit and rental history, and also so other people don't have to go through this. My rental history, WITH MY DOG, has been perfect up until this scam happened. If you have had a similar scam upon moving out (and I see at least 3 similar reviews by others), I would appreciate it if you would contact me so that I can present your reviews in court (I cannot use them as evidence if I can't identify the reviewer.)
