I have lived in Riverlodge for a year now and I do have to say that there have been a lot of changes in the office. If there is anyone person in the office who has always been helpful that would have to be Megan. She is on top of everything and is always the one who answers the phone everytime I call the officwe. She is professional and seems to really care about what you have to tell her unlike someof the other ones who just stare at you. She also remembers who you are when you go into the office as well as my dogs name. Allison the assist. mgr is also great and helps me with anything, but if you do need something you should just ask for Megan. She will get your needs met on a timely and professional manner. I hope she doesn't leave like the others.

The grounds are always nicely kept and the cares team is a wonderful thing to have. the breakfastes are the best. I have nice neibors and it is a very quiet place to live at. My only complaint is that they gate box that calls the apartments don't work and haven't since I have moved in. I have to go to the gate to let my visitors in.

and for the lady before me. maybe if you wouldn't let your dog pee all over your apartment and be clean you wouldn't be charged any money. you obviously must be a really dirty person. I doubt that they would charge you that much and I will be writing a review when i do move out. Just pay your damn bill.
