We lived here from 2005-2006 and loved the apartment.
It was huge and very affordable.
The parking was usually good and the location was great for where we were working. We moved to be closer to our daycare.
We painted our apartment and only had to prime the walls before we left. We got our full deposit back.
I really liked these apartments when we were living there. They wanted to increase our rent by $100 when our renewal came and then negotiated to $50 but we still moved to be closer to daycare, which I regret. The standard of living here was so much better than where we moved.
The area is very affluent and therefore the quality of life seems much better as a direct result.
I believe the rates have gone way up since 2005 but we were paying $760 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1100 square feet.
I very much enjoyed the time spent here as opposed to the tiny box we moved into!!!! We never even really dealt with the staff; only a few times to have the exterminators out because we found a couple of SCORPIONS!!!! I was terrified of these nasty creatures, but after a couple of exterminations, I did not see any more. Plus we were on the first floor. We had a baby in these apartments and never had any problems.
