I have lived here several years and it has really changed due to the new staff, and not for the better. I actually hate it here and would move if I could afford it, but seeing as I can not at this time I will grin and bear it. The office staff is hard to deal with, they don't seem to really pay attention, they keep raising the rent I could go on but it's just making me mad and I need to keep my blood pressure in check.

Rent raises everywhere. They wouldn't be a very successful business if they constantly lowered rent now would they? I don't understand why everyone hates on the office staff. I know Susan is cold and lies, but other than that, I haven't had issues with the other people. Chris is helpful, perhaps try dealing with him?
