The maintenance is always very helpful and polite. I haven't dealt much with the office staff, I usually just drop off my rent in the mail slot. This is a good place for young couples with small children. River Place elementary is next door and it's a great school. The property if beautiful and I really like our apartment overall.
CONS:
My only complaint is that they do allow larger dogs, they can be very loud if you live underneath them.
