I moved in in August 09 and I love my apartment. I am on a third floor and have no bugs, had not seen any on stairways either! Had some ants once, but placed a ticket and ants were sprayed off same day! My maintenance requests were done in a matter of 24 hours and though I had a miscommunication with a leasing office,everything was handled in professional manner. Birds- heck ya I have birds frlying around my patio all the the time. I love to hear them churp by my window when I wake up in a morning. Community is on a wildlife preserve so you get the wildlife around you. All and all AWESOME PLACE! No, I do not work for the leasing office and had not got paid to write this review either. I simply enjoy my home. Peaceful, with birds outside my window and green trees around. Just as I like it.
