I feel like I live in a police state. The management has gone militant in recent weeks, implementing all sorts of wildly outrageous rules. There is now a 10:30 p.m. curfew! Yes, a curfew. Is that even legal' The workout and laundry rooms, which used to be open 24/7, are now closed from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. If you work a weird schedule you're screwed. But they don't care ... you've already signed a lease. There's allegedly a security patrol, but I've never seen a guard. The parking rules aren't posted anywhere, but they'll sure as hell tow your car in a heartbeat. And, the manager closes the pool on a whim. Why' Because she's a lonely, bitter and frigid woman. God I hate it here. I could go on for pages ... there's all the scuzzy folks they've let move in, even though they're supposed to do comprehensive background checks. My neighbor across the hall openly deals drugs. Blah, blah, blah ... don't live here.

i must agree...i have lived here for less than an a yr and i have had 4 visitors vehicles broken into...and where is security...when i complained they said there is no security the rent a cop is juast for noise control...in other words just to tell grown folks to go inside...it has gotten so bad with drugs our security went from a rent a cop to the k9 unit and a cop walkin around flashing a light in ur face if ur out after dark...it has gotten terrible here...the call it affordable housing but it is very expensive...like it or not its the ghetto..even though the apts are new you have projects across the street.
