The neighbors aren't too hot but the apts. are great.

It's true you live on Riverside and you have to expect crime. I think Riverside Meadows for being in the heart of the ghetto is well maintained and has a great staff. I've received nothing but a curteous respose to maintenance requests or problems with noisy neighbors. For the price and the area I don't think you can top them.
