this is a tax credit based community so many of the folks living here don't speak english or refuse too, often times apartments seemed crammed with more residents than they were designed to accomodate. Many of the residents left garbage piled outside of doorways. Gate id system, designed to allow residents to see who is at the gate, seldom worked. Manager seems to hire office staff based on gender and measurements rather than brains. The fairhousing practices of this community should be investigated.
