Riverside Place Apartments

On the waterfront From: Onthewaterfront Date posted: 12/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I've lived here for a year and a half now and I really like it. The people are cool and laid back and the location is great. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The only problem is that the office staff is shady. If you read your lease carefully and make them put everything in writing you will love living here.
