Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Living here is fine if you don't mind:
--no hot water for over a year;
--mold all over the place;
--foul, ancient carpets covering holes in the floor;
--loud, drunken students and punks throwing trash outside their doors, where it stays for month after month after....
--having parts of your deposit kept for stuff that was there (eg. mold) when you got there.
--water coming out of your apartment fusebox when it rains.
