A place to live if you don't like to be inside all the time.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
It's kinda small. Most of the neighbors are really nice. Some of them are totally uncool. The management/office staff is pretty good about getting notices out to your for EVERYTHING. And some of them are quite nice. The place is starting age though. So don't expect top of the line interior. Oh. And hope your mailbox closes. Mine never has =)
