I absolutly love it here. I even camped out on a friends couch for a month to get first dibs on an available apartment. Although the archatecture from the outside looks a litte drab (not ugly it just has a very monotone color scheam)the views and quaint interiors more than make up for it. No more white walls they've chosen a light mocha for the walls and white accents for the trim work. Some one bedrooms have cute floorplans that include tucked away kitchens and bedrooms while others have a wide open kitchen/living room set-up. I haven't even metioned the closet space that an apartment dweller like myself would die for. Two pools, a very well maintained laundry room and the maintanance crew is on the job whenever needed. The first day I woke up at my new place I went down by the water to sit and drink my morning coffee. There in front of me on the banks was a White Crain and fishing in the lake for their breakfast were a dozen ducks. As they dove under the water between the turtles heads that were poking out of the surface they were watched by the eyes of the magestic Swans that floated by. Tell me that isn't the absolute most perfect way to wake up. The hike and bike trial is also right out your front door, as well as a very conveinient bus stop that can get you anywhere. I like to go downtown to see the shows but don't like to drive. Here I can either take the 27 bus that drops me right off at 6th or I can walk across the bridge it only takes me 15 to 20 min. The tenants have a wonderful time by the poolsides but know when loud is too loud, I have even made a few more friends while living here only two months. Come check it out... It's amazing!
