affordable,fun and nice surroundings

i lived here during the summer.I found my neighbours to be very friendly always dropping in to see if we needed anything.Its close to downtown which is handy so its only about $4 by cab to 6th street.
There are 2 pools and laundry facilities which are open 24hrs.
I would recommend these apts to students as its affordable and the majority of residents go to UT
