Ok, My dad lived in those apartments for 6 months and moved in with him and within my second month there they gaves us a late rent note, so my dad paied 250 and i paid 400. So we think everything is hunky-dory then a week later the constable comes with a letter saying we will get evicted if we dont pay we will be evicted and we told him we paid so he said we should be all fine. then we recieve a note on the door 2 days later to be out by that friday ad 12am. So we called the manager 3 times and wouldnt awnser to talk to us so we went to the office and she (manager) sent her "office boy" and hes says she cant see us. So now he had to move within 2 days to his hometown and now i had to stay with a friend till i can figure out what to do. I also checked that 2 days after i gave them the check personally that they cashed it in. So I lost 400 bucks for nothing. Dont ever go to those apts. I agree that they are great all around but the managment is shady.
