The mgmt is incompetent, the repair men don't repair...they break, it's a very noisy apt, and the place is a ------- dump. My car was broken into at this complex. There was a major water leak that flooded my apartment and the apartment below. When asked to fix the problem the repair man exacerbated the problem. When it became an emergency problem, they refused to come out and fix it until the next day resulting in personal property damage.
