I've lived in these apartments for 3 years. That statement should really put this rating in perspective. They have changed management 3 times since I've lived here. The community feeling has been gone for too long. The pools were broken all summer long and I don't expect anything different this summer. The management consists of 3 of the rudest women I have ever encountered. The apartments themselves are old and delapitated. Any work order you put it gets done by half-ass on site repairmen. The women in the office do not like dogs even if they say they are pet friendly, they are not. The only upside to this place is its location and price. But, hey, you get what you pay for.
