This is a pretty awesome complex, at least for the price and location. I really enjoy being here. I can run on the town lake trail (it's right there), or walk downtown across the bridge in about 15 mins. There are plenty of bus stops in the area, too.

Most of the people I met in this complex are nice. the office staff are nice to me.

My balcony overlooks the lake, so I drink tea and coffee out there. I'll even meditate out there, as long as it is warm outside. You can see cranes, ducks, hawks, yachts, rowers, canoes, turtles...

I have way more closet space than I need.

The walls are thick enough not to hear neighbors often, but the window in the bedroom is a little too loud at night for insomniacs. The dump truck coming 3 nights a week at midnight can be annoying. So those are the nights I just don't sleep, but that's okay. Most people won't have this problem.

I haven't had to call mainenance; there aren't any problems. Yet' They are tearing this complex down in November to build luxury condos and apartments.

The feng shui of my particular place is phenomenal. I have never experienced the flow of Chi in my home like this. And since they are going to tear down the complex in 9 months, I'll go ahead and paint a giant mural on the walls. Why use posters'

I'd recommend this place. But remember, as with any new home, before you move in light some sage to remove any possible negative energy.
