I have lived here for 3 years and love the location but this is possibly the worst management ever.
They never get anything done and find ridiculous reasons to charge you for things that are not stated in the lease.
I only put up with it because I love the location.

Lots of bugs and things never get fixed.
Neighbors are incredibly loud. One afternoon at the pool a resident had a Dj who was playing his music so loud my windows were rattling. I had to leave my own house in order to get work done.
I asked the office to do something and they said that it was not their responsibility.

I also had a situation where maintenence went into my apartment when I was away for 3 weeks and moved some of my stuff around and unplugged my fridge. Food went rotten and they would not reimburse me for it. I asked the management what happened and no one could figure out why they were in there till a week had passed..sort of creeped me out
