The new manager there has NO clue what he is doing! He doesn't know how to talk to residents nor does he know how to treat them. I think this may be his first management job! At least the girl that was there before him was cool and didn't act like she was above all the residents. I definitely wouldn't recommend moving in here while that guy is still the manager!!! I can't wait for my lease to be up and be rid of this place.

Hi, I am the new manager at Riverside Place and Riverside Square Apartments. I wanted to take a moment to respond to "Anonymous" and let everyone know my qualifications. I have been in property management for over 10 years and have been employed with CWS for over 6 years. I pride myself on my customer service skills and I am committed to making both properties a great place to live. I'm not sure why "Anonymous" has chosen to bash me on this site, but know that I take my career very seriously. I may not be "cool", but I do uphold the values of our company and I treat everyone with respect.
