The only reason I'm leaving my effeciency is to purchase a new home. The neighbors are very friendly. I found the manager to be a great guy who was very helpful. I don't want to post my contact info on this site, but, I will let mgmt know that I'd be more-than-willing to be a reference. There are a few negatives. I'm not going to argue that. But, very minor. The location is great. There is always plenty of parking. It's very safe place to live. Check it out. You'll have fun.
