Many pros and cons. Main con is that the place is way overpriced. The building is an older one with few amenities that you find in newer, less expensive places. But it is is conveniently located if you work downtown. There are quite a few more students living here than you might expect given the prices but it is cheaper than West Campus. The building and grounds are showing age. The staff is nice but I frequently see trash or debris on the premises and the maintenance guy walks right past it. It wouldn't dawn on him to pick it up.

Like many places it can be noisy. I live on the second (top) floor but a friend of mine lives next to the maintenance guy who has turned his apartment into a music studio. He seems like a nice guy but a music studio shows no respect for neighbors. Im glad I dont live next to him.

I am a single woman and I feel safe here. Parking is not reserved and when someone has a party, which is frequently, nearby parking can be a premium.

The parking lot needs to be repaved. The building needs painting. There are few amenities for the price. Im moving to a larger newer place for much less when my lease is up.
