Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Have been here almost a year. The rent for this place is way too high. The landscaping is almost dead. The parking lot is falling apart and the buildings are too. Wood siding is literally coming off and rotting everywhere. Needs painting BADLY. Neighbors are pretty good. Mostly working people but sometimes students are allowed to cram 4 into a one bedroom. This puts parking at a premium sometimes. Anyone who pays what they ask for a one bedroom is crazy. No amenities at all. The owners are really letting the place go downhill fast.
