I was wooed into moving in here because of the wonderful location. Stupid move. The rent was increased by a ridiculous amount when my renewal came up despite the fact that they wouldnt even offer a full year lease. Promised upgrades on the property were never done, primarily because the owners are determined to tear the place down and replace it with a highrise. Needs paint and repair. Looks like a slum. The apartment office has actually been moved off location. Cheap owners. No respect for the property or the residents.
