Awful Manager

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The new manager there thinks he knows it all and talks down to the residents. That is if he ever shows up to work! I feel sorry for the girls in the office since they are having to pick up the manager's slack since he doesn't ever seem to be at work. The maintenance guys are cool but that's about the only thing good here.
