The fair price, location and initial aesthetic appeal suckered my family and I in; DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Overall building quality is poor; so much so that second hand smoke from an adjoining apartment finds its way into our apartment on a weekly basis. No one in our apartment smokes, but anyone that walks through the front door would (and often do) think we did smoke with the way our unit regularly stinks of cigarette smoke. Management reluctantly addresses health & safety concerns (even when children & pregnant women are concerned!) and in the end told our family to either ?live with it? or change apartments/ break lease at our expense. Uncooperative & disrespectful management is such an understatement to describe the staff at Riverton @ Davis Springs. Two thumbs way down!
