Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in Riverton for a year, and the only two things that were disapointing when I lived there were: 1. The entry gate was ALWAYS malfunctioning. More than once I had to park my car by the office and walk to my apartment. This was a tremendous inconvenience, ecspecially when it was raining. 2. Every Friday morning at eight the lawn men would come and wake me up.
The thing that really upset me about this place is that they charged me $700 for carpet replacement when I left. There was hardly a stain on the carpet. I found this unbelievable. The carpet in the apartment that I moved into was WAY worse, and it obviously didn't get replaced. Beware when you move out of this place, they'll charge more than you expect.
