Not worth the money. Loud A/C and one room is always hot even with non-stop A/C. Expansive repair when moving out!

When I first moved into Riverton apts in Nov 2007 I was very pleased. But the management changed hands & it's been downhill since. It takes days for maintenance to respond to a repair call, even if it's a major water leak from upstairs (they are supposed to be 24x7 in case of emergencies, but they never returned our call). The walls are very thin & you can hear the neighbors above walking & talking, the insulation must be minimal because the apts do not maintain heat/cool temps & the electric bills are extremely high for the size of the apts, $130 & higher. Also the way the apts are laid out, they must have been built with traveling construction workers, etc, in mind, or someone just starting out on their own. However, they are priced for someone that is more established. Don't live here, if you want a decent lay out, any storage room at all, a responsive repair staff & competitive pricing. They jack up the prices for the existing tenants who always pay their rent on time each month & give great deals to new tenants. I would not recommend Riverton apts, there are much nicer better laid out apts out there, for the money. Unfortunately we're stuck in a lease for a few more months, or I would be looking elsewhere.
