Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived here for 12 months and it was a great experience! The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a sense of security and safety, everything was clean and the maintenance was very well kept up.
If I ever needed help with anything, the staff was there to help.
The appartment was almost new when I moved in, very clean and comfortable. When I left they only charged me for cleaning the carpet which was fine because I did in fact leave it a bit dirty and they told me from the beggining they would charge me for it!
Overall it was a great experience and if I'm ever back in Austin I would really consider moving back there.
