Regarding repair costs

I am writing in regards to the few complaints about repairs charged at the time of move out. I have worked at Riverton since it opened its doors in 2002. I do all of the apartment walks when our tenants move out. If there are charges in the apartment, I always take photographs to keep in the file, I get professionally bonded companies to give me repair costs and I never charge more that what the actual cost is to Riverton. I have never charged for a repair without being able to back it up with solid proof of the damage and if I can not photograph it or get a company to confirm the repair needed, then I do not charge for the damage. Riverton has a very strong reputation in the Austin Northwest Region and we pride ourselves in the fact that 1 out of every 5 leases is from a current or prior resident referral. I hope that if you are interested in Riverton as a home, that you can take into consideration that the reviews based on damage charges are always able to be proved by Riverton.
