I have not even moved in yet but, it is the worst experience of my life. The standards they have are pathetic! The apartment I am going to move in smells like smoke! I guess they thought that was ok even thought I said I don't smoke. The wall's and the fixtures are yellow. They claimed they fixed it, but I really think the smoke smell is covered up not gone. The staff is horific! I have been living in apartments for 10 years and I have never had one complaint in that whole time untill now. If you are going to lease at this property you should look at the unit you are getting not the model.

I am the community manager at Riverton at Davis Springs. We are very sad to see this posting. Unfortunately, we were unable to satisfy this resident at the time they posted this complaint. We take full responsiblity for her disatisfaction with her apartment. The previous resident of that apartment did smoke and during the cleaning process we did everything possible to rid the smell. At the time of move-in, the smell was not detected by our team members any longer. However, we acknowledge that the new resident was sensitive to this smell. This move-in was a very rare situation and does not represent our usual quality of service. We strive to make all of our residents happy living here. Due to this resident's unhappiness, we found an apartment for them at one of our sister communities. Once a solution was found the resident's response was, "The situation turned out to be best for everyone! ...we came up with a solution. The manager was very helpful and, I am very pleased with the outcome."
It is our pleasure to serve our residents and customer service is our top priority. Thank you for your consideration.
