I have lived here for a few months, and I totally disagree with the previous post. I have a dog, and she is very happy here. I live on the 3rd floor and have been super pleased with my electricity bill. I previously lived in a one bedroom at another property, now at Riverton I live in a two bedroom. The electricity bill (even with the transfer fees) and the first months bill was well below what I was paying before.
I have had nothing but positive experience with the office staff. My gate remote was not working efficiently, and the cute blonde leasing agent was super professional and fixed it on the spot.
I think the staff has been great, and I am happy to reccomend Riverton to anyone...I am not a party person, but the location of the properrty is great and convenient, and I am satisfied with the choice I have made to live here. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!
