These comments are long over due!! I'm pleasantly surprised to see the overall quality of my living experience remains AWESOME! I am a transplant to this city and I looked at more than a half dozen apartments when I relocated her because of my job. From our first meeting Tabithita has continually been a professional, personable and reliable property manager. She is always attentative when I come into the office and available when I call her from work. She has gone out of her way to assist me with remote control issues and when she says she will call me back SHE DOES; in a timely manner!! Ally clearly paid attention to the customer service training she's received. Her exceptional telephone edicate and seemingly always smiling face provide a welcoming atmosphere for anyone entering the office. I needed my refrigerator looked at and she completed the work order in my pressence and called for maintence on the spot. The facilities Maintainence Supervisor Richard is WONDERFUL. He is quick to respond to maintence request and follows up to make sure I'm satisified with the repair no matter how small. Richard fixed my refrigerator temporarly until the part he needed was ordered and he checked it daily until the replacement part arrived. He replaced the part quickly, cleaned up after himself and put my food back in the refrigerator the way it was He's friendly when I see him around the complex and he remember's me by name. Last but not least; Angel the maintainence professional who painted some accient walls in my apartment. Angel came in to paint did a awesome job! He had to come back and complete a second coat and we had a chance to talk a little. Let's just say his name fits him. He has a great spirit and commendable work ethic. I've waited this long to write my comments because I wanted to see if this was the real thing or just the "move in special" treatment. It's been over a year and the staff here Continue to Pass the Test of Time!
