First off, I'm an actual resident. I have lived at Riverton for two years and I love it. I've always felt that it is a safe place to live...there have been no reports (that I know of) of any attacks or break-ins.
The units make great use of the space and the walls and ceilings/floors do not carry sound from other units near as well as some other apartments I've been in.
The on-site peace officer is friendly and responded to a call regarding harassing solicitors on the property by finding them and making them leave.
The new manager, Neal, is extremely nice and understanding/accommodating when it comes to personal situations. I was late on my rent by 3 days because I was out of town...being my first offense, Neal gladly waived the late fees after I came in and talked to him. The entire leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful.
This is a great apartment complex with an awesome staff that really cares about its residents and won't hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
