this apartment complex has been great for me and my roommate. the new manager jimmy has been great and he always tries to work with our problems. we have lived here for over 2 years and we love it. the people are all cool and while they are all friendly they all seem to mind their own business too. i have not seen or heard of any cars or houses getting broke into, and maintenance is generally done pretty fast. it is not in the greatest part of town, but it is tucked away nicely where most people wont find it unless they know it is there. the only issue i have sometimes is the parking seems to fill up and we have to park down by the street. also, sometimes the pool can get a little dirty from the oak trees that surround it. overall, though i would recommend this place to anyone that likes a peaceful and quiet yet nice place to live.
