I don't live here, but my girlfriend does. She's had her place flood 3 times and nothing has been done to fix the problem with drainage outside. If it hadn't have been for her actually going outside and digging up a passageway for the water to go it would have flooded several more times. Several other people have had the same problem. Also, the maintenance the complex hires is in no hurry to fix what needs to be done. It looks like a great place to live, but beware, unless you're getting an apt. on second floor this is not the place to live.

As a former manager or Rivertree apts and a former employee of Lynx poperty services{the mgmt company of rivertree},I would like to verify the continued flooding problems of this property which the owner of lynx properties, Keith Whittington, has been aware of for many years.Despite many maintenance staffs attempts to correct the flooding problems,he continuallly refused to hire any contractors to correct the numerous flooding issues.
