Flooded three times while I lived here for one year,the former manager always was prompt in cleaning up the mess left behind but the problems never got solved. [maybe to great of a cost'] Also, as a single female,was horrified to learn that that the group of psychiatrists in the office building in front of the property treated mostly paroled sex offenders.Way too close for me! Take my advice and find a different place to live.
