I have lived here since 1998. I renew the lease every 6 mo - to renew for the next
six months the rent would increase $25 per month - last 6 mo period it was raised by $30.00 per month - that would be an increase of $510.00 for one year. For 85 apartments that is an extra $43,350.00 Pay that to me and I'll throw a party too.
