I am living here for 2 years now. I am so disgusted with the people who live here. No sense of responsibility. They should pass a law that stops people with children under 15 from living upstairs. Most of the worst tenants are on government assistance and they never watch their bad ass kids. They sneak boyfriends in to live with them when they are on section 8 paying no money to live here. They let small children take the trash out knowing that they cant reach the dumpster so they leave house trash on the street. The grounds keepers never go around the backside of the building to clean up paper so there is always trash on the fence line. The managers are nice and they try to help us but there are laws that they have to follow in regards to these lying, cheating,lazy ass baby mama low life ------- around here. There are drug dealers and crack heads hanging out. There is a 2 car per family limit but some people have as many as 5 cars per apartment. I wish that there was a nice place for those of us who work and value our lives. We need apartments for people like my family who work and don't qualify for ----. Income limit not to exceed $60,000 annually but not less than $2,500 monthly. The more money you make the better you feel about yourself. The less or lack of, the less you care about your neighborhood. Affordable housing for Blue Collar Workers. Maybe Southwest Housing can create something like that. Allowing us to have money left over will be easier for management and the leaser. All rent paid on time and less damaged property... Leave this trashed out place for the no working baby mams and their drug dealing boyfriends. The landscaping company are lazy and they blow trash up on the porches.

you are lying it is not a ghetto mess you just mad that they kick you out because you did not pay you bills on time do fake dr. laura. i live here and it is very quite that it bore me to tears... you must got pay from another apartment to trash the rosemont.
