When I first moved into these apartments almost a year ago they seemed to be in very good condition. As the months went by I saw more and more flaws with my neighbors. Its not too much the management, maintence or the construction or condition of my apartment. They have three men working maintence everyday but theres only so much they can do when everyone is as filthy as they are. Iv'e never had a problem with the management, theyve all been very polite to me... so far. I've never had a problem with noise maybe thats because I live on the third floor. But there are children running around the apartment complex at all hours of the day and night. I'm sure its the parents who cant control their children any longer or just dont care. Sometimes I come home for lunch only to find little children running the streets. Shouldnt they be in school'' Everyday I come home I have to walk past a group of teens and young children sitting on the stairway. Why dont they hangout in their own homes' The first floor is nasty. There are stains all over the cement and walls. Just because it is a low income apartment comlex doesnt mean you should treat the grounds like that. They have no respect for others property and no respect for themselves. My friend used to live right below me until he got fed up with his apartment being broken into. My car has been broken into once and not much was taken, thank god. The apartments itself are nice. I actually love my apartment... but hate the neighbors. But honestly in my opinion my neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. It's embarassing bringing people to my apartment and having to walk past a group of young children smoking and drinking on the stairways. I do plan on looking for another place once my lease is up.
