It takes me at LEAST 30 min. to get anywhere in Austin. I'd stay longer if it weren't for that! Nice new complex; clean, spacious apartments. Pool constantly has dead bugs and leaves in it, and mgmt. doesn't seem to have it all together at times, but overall, good. My AC broke and they sent maintenance out following morning (that was a long night, but he fixed it quickly!) Modern appliances, built-in microwave. However, kitchen and bathroom in large 1-bedroom have NO counterspace. So don't plan on cooking elaborate meals or having the convenience of casually looking down at all your cosmetics. Really really nice place, though! And weekly HEB gift card contest! Also, a lot of young people live here, and the parking lot cannot NEARLY accomodate all their friends' cars!! One time I had to park on the OTHER SIDE of the complex!!
