leased apartment due to good specials...however the apartments are average, but the parking is the worst planning i have ever seen, but somehow the management can place specials on garages so you can feel safe walking to your place! the hot tub is basically a large kiddy pool-there is no heat or pumps, but of course it looks like a perfect tropical getaway....also, be sure to take advantage of pricing specials when first leasing, bc the ice cold management has no sympathy when jacking the prices up asap when the contact is complete....really review the place before you decide to live here...
