Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
The apartments changed management back last year when new owners took over. They being sold again. That is the reason for the inspections now. Something is not right. I've seen a lot of new staff members lately. Even the maintenance guy who has been here for at least 4 years is gone. I don't trust the new manager.
