I have lived here since 2006. I like the community a lot. Its quiet and there is no crime problem. The only issue I have is with parking. Sometimes we have to park far away from our apartment. But, oh well. Also I saw someone had posted that management forces you to pay for a parking sopt. Well, thats not true. They do offer carports and/or garages. Its your choice. We didn;t get either, so we have to park wherever we can. And if someone is in your assigned parking space, you have every legal right to have them towed..its up to you. I haven't had the problems with management that some people seem to have. We pay our rent on time and don;t cause any problems.
