Saddle Creek Apartments

Great Deal and Great Space! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I just recently moved to Austin and looked at several apartments in the South Austin area...I chose Saddle Creek for the great space, layout, staff, and great deal I got. I looked at other complexes that maybe had "nicer" amenities like car washing stations, half court basketball court, or newer. Saddle Creek just gave me a great deal for my money, and at the other places I would be paying more money for things that in the long run I probably wouldn't use that much. I did my walk thru and documented several small things, but nonetheless things that needed to be fixed, and maintenance took care of them all with no problem. I got the wrong mailbox keys, when I got home from work I had 2 new keys. I like the area, it is very quiet and I have no problems with my neighbors. I personally don't have a problem with parking, but I can see where depending on where you are located that it can be tough. Overall I would definitely recommend living at Saddle Creek.
