This place is horrible. Overpriced, laundry room is disgusting, LOUD as Hell!, they fixed it up just enough to double the rent. It's the East Side- you can find cheaper.

Hello, Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all feedback from our residents. Our Porter cleans the laundry room daily, we will make certain this is getting done. We are also going to be completly remodeling the laundry room with new machines, new flooring, new walls and more. Look for these changes the first of November. I know excessive noise can be frustrating. Please let us know about any disturbance as this could be a lease violation. We will do our best to address the problem. Thank You Edward at Roscoe
