	This place is horrible. Overpriced, laundry room is disgusting, LOUD as Hell!, they fixed it up just enough to double the rent. It's the East Side- you can find cheaper.

	East Austin has its own vibe and anyone who lives on Manor will tell you they love it. House 2604 has been a great place so far and love living on Manor.

	They just got new management and I hear they are going to upgrade everything and get rid of any negative activity. Thank goodness the old management is out and they are going to actually spend some money on this thing.
