Rats! Big issue with me. My AC fan above the bathroom has murdered at least 2 rats and stunk up my whole tiny apt. with the most distinct funk of rodents that lasts for days. Now they have nested and claw at the walls all night long. How long until they make their way through to my belongings' Last time I called they said that nothing was dead in the AC area "this time" but made no offer to have pest control come out and set traps. In other words....deal with it.
Besides the pests (ants too), convienently there were no 2X1 apts. to show, so I viewed a 2X2. Upon moving in to an unseen apt. I was shocked and disgusted with the size and layout of my apt. Too bad! Too late! Suffer with a long lease!
Oh, and I should mention the assaults on property and race track in front of my building, obvious vagrants slumming around the property sleeping here and there that not only would ON PROPERTY APD not respond to but 911 also!
