While living at this complex in the last year I have had a decent experience. I do agree with some of the past reviews about the bug problems and ocassional smell.. it can definitely be annoying. I would also argue on the convenience factor. This area of Austin is rather unacessible unless you like to drive a good distance to get to restaurants, fast food, etc. Management was responsive for the most part and dealt with the problems I did have in a timely manner.
